in the scenic hills of Trelawny. Journey
back in time to when the rafts were filed
with their precious cargo of sugar and were
floated down to meet the merchant ships
in the harbor.
The Rafting Tour includes a three-mile ride
and lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours.
Sit back and enjoy a complimentary rum punch
or sing-a-long with the Village Mento Band.
While enjoying the entertainment, the visitor
can view the collection of exotic Jamaican
pigeons and doves. While enjoying the scenic
beauty of the Marta Brae, try out Tarzan's
Swing, take a dip in the refreshing river
water or just sit back and enjoy the beauty
that surrounds you.
A gift shop and snack bar are located
along the route.
Arrangements can also be made for
round-trip transportation from your hotel
if you wish.
